Kristian Sæterhaug

Kristian is the newest addition to our team and our first consultant based outside of the Oslo area. Kristian has a background that might be a bit more diverse than most; he has 15 years experience from tourism management at sea, both in Norway and internationally from the arctic to Antarctica and in-between. He has successfully led sales teams that tripled sales in just a few years and has worked on the front line for more than 20 years in retail, tourism and F&B. He is also a former professional actor and dancer.
Kristian has lived almost 10 years abroad in London, Hong Kong and Los Angeles and has a solid experience from leading cross-cultural teams. He is educated in economics, management and Chinese language in Hong Kong and works as easily in English as his native Norwegian.

Experienced leader and consultant with more than 30 years of leadership experience from the Norwegian Armed Forces as well as different industries in Norway, and to some degree internationally. His background in addition to consultancy have mainly been in sales and managing leadership.
Pål has always emphasised building and developing teams and their members, equipping them to deliver results and reach goals in co-operation with others.
Pål is experienced from work with business processes, employee development as well as recruitment, sales and sales management and logistics. Pål has led several companies and has been on the board of companies both in Norway and abroad.

Per has travelled all over the world and done business with people everywhere; from Singapore to Silicon Valley, from Dublin to Dubai, from Tromsø to Tokyo. No wonder one of his favorite topics to teach is cross cultural communication.
Per has 30 years experience in sales and sales management, of which some 11 years experience as trainer of sales and customer service people - and their managers.

Throuh Leadership Pipeline Institute and Raytheon Professional Services, we are part of a global network currently counting some 40+ consultants in 15 countries offering training in 17 different languages. For large contracts, then, we can mobilize quite a team. In fact, 3 of them already cooperate with us here in Norway with some of our bigger accounts.
Every now and then we have clients asking for the same training delivered to subsidiaries in other countries, preferably in the local language. It is a request we easily and gladly can fulfill.
